Cancellation Policy
At Epic Screens Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved: Cancellations up to 72 Hours Before the Event: You may cancel or reschedule your reservation at any time up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Simply contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Cancellations Between 72 and 24 Hours Before the Event: If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the event, you will receive a 50% credit toward future services. Please contact us to process your cancellation. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Event: Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event will receive no refund or credit. If you need to cancel your reservation or have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
